Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic offers thorough oral care and dental evaluations for your pet.
Whether it is routine dental cleaning or more involved oral surgery. We have the experience and technology to keep your pet healthy.
Vaccines
Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic offers vaccinations for canines and felines.
Vaccines depend on the age, health and “life style” of your pet. Our veterinarians will help you determine what is best for your pet. Recommended vaccines may include ones that protect your pet from Parvo, Distemper, Panleukopenia, FeLV, Kennel Cough, Rabies and Lyme Disease.
Pet Surgery
Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic performs routine surgeries, such as spays and neuters, as well as non-routine surgery.
Some examples include:
Removal of Lumps, Cysts and Tumors
Biopsy Surgery and Testing
Repairing Fractured Bones
Bladder Stone Removal
Intestinal Blockage Repair
Gastropexy
We take special care to make sure our patients are comfortable and pain free as possible.
Spay and Neuter
Spaying (for females) and Neutering (for males) is highly encouraged to help prevent pet overpopulation which results in unwanted and uncared for pets. Your pet is never too old to be spayed or neutered.
Often times it prevents many future health and behavioral problems as well. We perform spays and neuters on dogs and cats.
Most pets should be spayed or neutered between 4-6 months of age. With some smaller/toy breed dogs, it is better to wait until about 7 months to address common problems with retained baby teeth.
Pet Dental X-Rays
Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic now offers in-house dental x-rays to allow more thorough evaluations of hidden dental issues.
