Doctor’s Orders

Is your pet taking any medications? We’re happy to help keep their medications on schedule. List all medications below:

Chow Time!

We feed breakfast between 6–8 AM and dinner between 4–6 PM.

Some cats get anxious or bored and exhibit completely different behaviors here than they would at home—and decide to remodel their room (walls, doors, trim, etc.). If your pet damages their compartment or room:

• You may be charged for repairs
• If we suspect they’ve eaten something dangerous or are sick and we can’t reach you, we’ll perform diagnostics for their safety (you will be responsible for your pet’s medical bills; emergency fees apply if after normal clinic hours)
• Health comes first—our vet team will act in your pet’s best interest

Flea & Parasite Prevention

Make sure your cat is protected from fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites.
If your cat arrives with live fleas, we’ll treat them with an oral flea treatment (Capstar) and add it to your bill.

We require current FVRCP and rabies vaccinations.

No proof = no boarding. Safety first!

Pick-Up Policy

We charge for a new day starting at 12 PM (noon) on your scheduled pick-up day—regardless of drop-off time.

Medical Authorization & Treatment Consent

In the event of a medical emergency and if we are unable to reach you or your emergency contact, you authorize Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic to provide necessary veterinary treatment for your pet. You accept financial responsibility for any costs incurred in the diagnosis and/or treatment, including medications, diagnostics, hospitalization, or surgery. If issues occur after regular veterinary clinic hours, emergency fees apply.

Release of Liability

I acknowledge that boarding involves inherent risks, including potential exposure to infectious diseases, stress-related illness, or injury due to unpredictable animal behavior, including ingestion of kennel components, blankets, and toys, even if my pet typically doesn’t exhibit these behaviors at home. I understand that Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic is not responsible if my pet escapes its enclosure. I release Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic, its staff, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from such incidents, provided reasonable care and precautions were taken.

Personal Property Waiver

We do our best to keep your pet’s belongings safe, but we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed items. I understand personal items may not be returned in their original condition.

Abandonment Clause

If your pet is not picked up within 10 days of the scheduled pick-up date, and no contact is made, the pet may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with Pennsylvania law. You will remain financially responsible for all boarding fees and any related expenses during this time.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of pick-up. Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, collections, or legal action.

Medication Admin Fee: $5 per dog, per day, including vitamins/supplements.

Stretch & Potty Time

In addition to all-day access to their private outdoor run, your dog will enjoy four play yard outings per day (weather permitting):
6 AM | 11 AM | 4 PM | 8 PM

Anything special we should know:
Tell us what makes your fur baby them!

For example:

• Do they eat unusual things or vomit occasionally?
• Are they protective of their food or toys?
• Do they need butt or wrinkle wipes?

Chow Time!

We feed breakfast between 6–8 AM and dinner between 4–6 PM—but we’re flexible if your dog has their own schedule! Please let us know if your dog normally eats lunch or gets a bedtime snack.

We can refrigerate or microwave meals you have prepared and brought if needed.
